When will the new upgrades be complete?
The Millmerran Aquatic Centre will reopen on Friday the 15th of September, 2023. An official community opening event will be held on the 15th beginning at 11am.
What facilities of the centre are new?
The recent upgrades included a new six-lane, 50-metre pool with accessibility ramp and zero-depth splash park. The centre has now also got a kiosk building, change rooms and covered grandstand.
Is your lap pool 50m or 25m?
Our lap pool is a 50m heated pool.
Is your lap pool open all year round?
The centre is seasonal and is open from mid-September to mid-April.
Are your pools heated?
Our 50m lap pool is heated within a range from 26-30 degree celcius.
Will Aqua Aerobics be offered at Millmerran Aquatic Centre once it reopens?
Aqua Aerobics classes may be offered once we reopen depending on demand and availablilty of instructors.
Will a Learn to Swim program be offered at Millmerran Aquatic Centre once it reopens?
A Learn to Swim program may be offered at Millmerran once we reopen, depending on demand and availablilty of teachers.
